Yes! We have a variety of multi-pet options to suit your pet family. Right now, we offer custom portrait options for 1 pet, 2 pets, 3 pets, and even 4 pets together in a single artwork.

Absolutely. All customers get to preview their artwork and request changes before it goes to print. We will email you the moment your preview is ready so you can request unlimited free revisions until you’re 100% happy.

If you follow our simple photo guidelines, your photo will work perfectly!

  • Good lighting: Outdoor daylight or a well-lit room works best.

  • Eye level: Try to take the photo at eye level with your pet.

  • Close up: Ensure we can see your pet’s unique facial features clearly.

  • Sharp focus: Make sure the photo isn’t blurry or pixelated.

  • No missing features: Ensure ears, snout, and fur aren’t cut out of the frame.

We have a dedicated team that checks every photo as orders come in. If there is an issue, we’ll reach out to you quickly via email to request a replacement.

Not at all! Don’t worry if your photo has a cluttered background or other objects in it. Our artists isolate your pet’s face and body from the original background entirely to place them into your chosen design style.

We are a digital design studio. We don’t paint from scratch on a blank canvas. Instead, we use a range of proprietary photo editing techniques, professional photo retouching, and complex digital brush strokes and blending processes to turn your original photo into an incredible pet portrait.

We print on high-quality, gallery-ready canvas frames with a standard depth thickness of 1.25″. The available sizes are:

  • 8″ x 10″: A favorite size for gifting or placing on small desks and shelves.

  • 12″ x 18″: A great mid-sized canvas that looks perfect in entrance halls, living spaces, and bedrooms.

  • 16″ x 24″: Our absolute top seller. It’s a fantastic large print that lets you see the intricate details of your pet’s portrait up close.

We want to keep our styles clean and uniform, so we cannot add external accessories (like hats or ties) or alter a photo drastically (like opening a closed mouth or forcing ears to look floppy).

However, if your pet is wearing a collar or an accessory in the original photo that you want removed, just let us know! We routinely remove collars for a cleaner look unless you specify otherwise.

You can make changes to your order details or chosen style within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, our artists may have already started working on your custom piece, and changes cannot be guaranteed.

What are the shipping times and prices?

We work quickly to get your art to you. Expect your initial digital artwork preview to be ready within 2-3 days. Once you approve the art, we print and ship your order within 1-2 days.

  • US Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days after shipping.

  • International Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days after shipping

  • USA: Flat fee of $9.95 (Free shipping on orders over $100)

  • Canada, UK, Australia: Flat fee of $9.95

  • Rest of the World: $17.95

Yes! Every single order is shipped with tracked delivery. You will receive an automated email and/or text message containing your tracking number as soon as the package leaves our printing facility.

Yes, we proudly ship our custom pet art to pet parents all across the globe.

Depending on the products ordered (e.g., a canvas print and a custom apparel item), your items may be produced in different parts of our facility and might arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry—you’ll receive tracking for each package!

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept secure payments via PayPal.

Do you offer refunds?

Because every single product we create is 100% unique and custom-made for your pet, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. However, because we provide digital previews and unlimited free revisions, you have complete control over how the artwork looks before it ever gets printed.

  • We are dedicated to making sure you love your final piece! When your preview is ready, you have 3 days to send us edit requests or approve it. If you need tweaks to the brightness, coloration, or blending, our artists will make those adjustments until it matches your vision.

    (Please note: If 3 days pass without a response, we will automatically approve the artwork to ensure your order isn’t delayed in production.)

While we pack our canvases securely, accidents can occasionally happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please take a quick photo of the damage and email our customer support team within 72 hours of delivery. We will fast-track a brand-new replacement to you completely free of charge.

How long do I have to wait for a reply to my email?

We pride ourselves on lightning-fast support. You can generally expect a helpful response from our team within a few hours. During high-volume holiday seasons, please allow up to 24-48 hours for a reply.
